Aurora Borealis Tour services in YellowKnife are excellent.
Especially Jessica and Dennis's service were really good and taking care of me and my families during the YellowKnife tour.
But Tours4Fun teams communications was very bad.
I ..do not mind to deal with different customer service agents, but they never review my booking history before replied my email.

Reservation was done a day before departure we were notified about the extra charge for the food and attractions this should be advised at the time of the reservation I find it misleading
Unfortunately me and my friends were not happy with the tour experienced. Firstly due to holiday I understand that there will be changes with Iterinary but the company should have in advance provided tour options or places to visit. The fir..st day was a total waste of time cause everything was close . Secondly, online there were a lot of options in terms of activities for us to chose from but in reality we only had four options to chose from. It would be good if the hotel quality is better. Every hotel that we check in has issues that we have to call reception. It would also be good if we can have a mixture of meals. Except for one French lunch all others were Chinese cuisine wh..ich taste bad as can’t be compared to those Chinese cuisine in Asian country. Instead I would think it’s good to have some local Canadian food insteadRead full review
